Create a new folder (e.g. Rinex converter)

Unzip the RINEX Converter 3.15.zip file in this folder

Launch the RINEX2.exe software


Do not copy the unzipped files to the GNSS Solutions BIN folder as they will replace the GPP.dll and DIFF.dll files and affect GNSS Solutions functioning.
